Hi, I’m Amelia, the face behind Unstuck Social 👋

I’m 37 and based in the Midlands, UK. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked full-time as a content creator and influencer, building multiple thriving social media accounts on TikTok and Instagram and turning them into sustainable, income-generating platforms.

Over that decade, I’ve learned what really works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to growing online. And now, through Unstuck Social, I’m here to share that knowledge with you.

My Approach

I believe in being honest, realistic, and kind. You won’t get sugar-coated advice from me - but you also won’t get harsh criticism that makes everyone feel rubbish. My goal is to give you clear, practical feedback that helps you move forward with confidence.

Alongside my experience in social media, I hold a BSc honours in Psychology, a Diploma in Life Coaching, and a Counselling qualification - so I don’t just understand algorithms, I understand people. I know how mindset, motivation, and confidence can affect your creativity and consistency, and I bring that insight into every coaching session.

Everyone has something special about them - a spark, a story, or a skill that makes them stand out. My job is to help you find it, refine it, and share it in a way that connects with your audience.

Why I Started Unstuck Social

After years of helping friends and fellow creators with their content, I realised how many people were stuck - pouring effort into videos, hoping for results, but not seeing the growth they deserve. I wanted to change that.
